We actually decided to start Neighborhood Notes while sitting on the roof deck at this hotel. One of the relaxing places we have ever stayed.

Wynwood Walls
While the entire neighborhood is covered with street art, the Wynwood Walls gallery has a number of particularly colorful and unique pieces.
Cold Brew at Panther Coffee
A good place to fuel up before walking around the Wynwood area - they roast in house and it smells delicious!
The Rooftop Bar at East
A beautiful oasis at the top of an excellent hotel set in the middle of downtown Miami. A place to see and be seen for sure.
Sunset off South Beach
This is the view from the S+W bar at the tip of South Beach - definitely worth making the trek down after a day at the beach.
Veza Sur Brewing
Delicious beer and even more delicious food served out of a food truck parked in the lot next door.
J Wakefield Brewing
Our favorite brewery in Miami, J Wakefield has done a number of collaborations with breweries all over the country, including one of our local go-tos: Trillium.
Poolside on South Beach
One of the many pools to be found at the hotels that line Mid-Beach. Not a bad view for the middle of winter.
